The ladies are finally reunited (yippee!!!) and following the usual chit chat of two best friends, Samantha and Laura talk about their differing styles of confrontation – or lack of in Laura’s case.

Samantha is used to confrontation and needs to address a problem to be able to move on. Laura on the other hand hates confrontation and will avoid it at all costs. They discuss the merits of confrontation and also question whether the ability to confront an issue is something you’re born with or something you can learn.
