About the Guest

Kathi Sohn retired in 2020 after 36 years with the Department of Defense.

Based on the work of her late husband, the Body Memory Process – which helps people discover and release the self-limiting and self-destructive beliefs formed in early childhood, Kathi’s work is now parent coaching, helping parents to realize their personal as well as their parenting goals.

Kathi’s passion is helping parents to stop neglecting themselves and their dreams for the sake of their kids, when empowering themselves is what will ultimately empower their children.
