June 5 – Doug Krug & Christine Kahane – Institute for Unlearning

Doug Krug calls himself a Resultant, with the Institute for UnLearning, where the focus is on helping leaders implement change without resistance. He will discuss some examples of clients who have both struggled with change, and found a path to make change with as little pain as possible.

Doug introduces us to his hero, Gail Williams from NASA. NASA was named as the best place to work in the federal government in 2016, and one of the key factors was the leadership program, Gail was the creator and designer of that leadership program.
