Grossmann has a strong technical background. He studied Chemical engineering at ETH Zurich, and then went on to earn a PhD in Electrical engineering. Following that, he spend a year and a half serving as a consultant in IT Strategy for Accenture, an information technology and services company. Six years ago, however, he took his career in another direction and founded Beekeeper.

Beekeeper, which connects organizations with all their employees, is currently used in over 130 countries. It offers a means of creating a stronger bond between all members of an enterprise, whether they are sitting in the same room or working remotely.
