Tricia Taylor is the Senior Director, Corporate communications and change management at Coca-Cola Bottlers' Sales and Services. She knows how important change is to a company and also the importance of staying connected with those deskless workers. She sits down with host Justin Lake to talk about some of the biggest challenges facing frontline employees.
