Connecting to the Four Bones

• Wishbone - Life's challenges often force us to table our lives dreams until an opportune time comes. Sometimes, we can wait indefinitely and then life passes us by. When we are ready to pursue these dreams, universal forces meet us where we are and help us along the paths we have chosen.
• Backbone - Do we have the courage to pursue our dreams, stand up for ourselves and subsequently others? We cannot allow others stand and occupy the center stage in our own lives.
• Funny Bone - Can we laugh at our own stories? Having a sense of Humor of humor is essential to a successful journey.
• Hollow Little Bone - There is mystery in the world, the unexplainable, the awe and wonder. Our connection to the beauty in nature, finding time in the quiet enhances our spiritual transformation.

If we begin to gather medicine to heal our woundedness through singing, dancing, storytelling and being comfortable with silence, we attune to that power from the spiritual world for healing. We can begin and end each day with gratitude and celebration.
