With everything going on in the world right now I know everyone of us have experienced a variety of emotions from anger, to sadness, fear, happiness and the list goes on. Michelle touches briefly on how we can connect with our emotions in a way that is healthy for us all and is needed for our mental health. May was mental health awareness month but mental health is something we should practice every day of the year.
