How often do you connect with your inner child? Most of us go on about our daily lives without giving much thought to the little girl that still lives within our body. Ignoring her existence won’t change that.
Why are we triggered over things other people say or some random thing that happens? Because we are carrying unresolved pain.
One of the ways to reconnect that Sunny has found powerful is through returning to a consistent yoga practice. She will share her experiences in this episode, as well as the correlation with shadow work and why it is so important to release what you have been carrying.
As long as you live and breathe, you are a work in progress. Part of that work includes going deeper than the thoughts created by your mind.
