In this episode, I unpack the story of my double mastectomy, before and after the surgery, and the raw emotions surrounding it. My goal is to remind women how important it is to be in tune with their health and their own body. I also hope to help women who are going through an illness or trauma or know someone who is going through it to be able to help them navigate through their emotions and be able to celebrate the blessings in the midst of uncertainty.
