Meet CJ Hunter, founder of Yoga With The Redhead and educator working with DCPS to bring wellness awareness and mindfulness to young people in DCPS . CJ is driven by connection and grounded in the sense of responsibility she feels to her students; helping them breakdown their walls and become more in touch with their emotions and generally more self-awareness.

In this episode, CJ shares how yoga was introduced into her life and ultimately served as a catalyst to changing her life and revealing her purpose, as an educator. Today CJ is responsible for initiating a mindfulness and yoga program in DCPS, which is the first of her kind.
