Paul Francis Lanier founded this house of Hope September 2, 1990 with his wife, Debbie. They’ve been married for 37 years and are the proud parents of two grown children, Kaylyn and Paul. 

Bishop’s education reflects the ecumenical flavor of this ministry, culminating in the Doctorate of Ministry from Erskine Theological Seminary.

He is an author, composer, and recording artist. Bishop serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews.
