Happy Thursday! I’ve been adjusting to a new work schedule but we’re back. How was your week? I finally feel like I’m getting into my groove, balancing all of my commitments and I recently added therapy back to my regimen. Can’t wait to see what I will discover and uncover. Let’s keep growing together!

Happy Thursday! Sometimes all it takes is a conversation to understand someone’s perspective. If someone isn’t showing up for you, talk to them about it. You’d probably be surprised to know why. You can’t expect people who don’t show up for themselves, to show up for you. Instead, decide to meet them where they are. Less expectations, less disappointments.
