From an early age, Connie Milligan experienced strong compassion for the distressed and misunderstood. Her positive outlook and passion for social justice prompted her to use her talents to stick up for people who needed a voice.

Witnessing the impact of her work, Connie decided to start Spectrum Transformation, a company of her own where she could continue to use her compassion to help the people who needed it most.
