Because DJ Mead and DJ Cheese arrive late yet again, Ed and Hugo start the episode as Cider and Biscuits.

Once Mead & Cheese finally gets under way we are joined by Ashfield-based mead brewer Connor Delia who has brought some of his homebrewed Fjord Mead for everyone to try and review.

Connor teaches us about his the homebrewing process of how he makes his mead as we also discuss many other homebrewing and mead facts.

In this episode we also debate historic British prime ministers and what their favourite cheeses would have been.

Finally, it is the grand final of the Great Cheese War where we see Cheddar VS Red Leicester! The great British public will finally decide which cheese is the ultimate cheese!
