We all know or know of someone who has battled it: 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime, about 2,600 cases are diagnosed each year in men. Early detection continues to be key in treating the disease. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Divas sat down with a dear friend and friend of the show to discuss her journey with breast cancer and reconstructive surgery, cold capping and the mental and financial cost of battling cancer.
