Knowing Tyler Hansen now, you would never believe his life story. Coming from a faith-centered home with fantastic parents and siblings, all of which were amazing athletes, life looked amazing. Finding success at every turn, tragedy struck when his mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Her passing during his service as an LDS missionary created confusion and consternation. Listen as Tyler tells his emotional story of dealing with an opioid addiction that led him to doing time in the Utah State prison. Eventually Tyler understood that he was in control of his future and that only he could change his life for the better utilizing helpful resources available to him.
