This is part 2 of the chat I had with my dear friend Carman Sanchez Casatejada from Spain. She, her husband Justin and their daughter Indira have been travelling round Australia in a campervan and this episode recounts a life or death situation they had whilst swimming.

They were caught in a strong rip and being washed out to sea. Carman expresses so clearly her feelings and the sequence of events that followed.

When they were faced with possible defeat she experienced pure clarity of consciousness and described that as happiness.
