Although necessary, change doesn't have to be a traumatizing or anxiety-inducing process; we can turn it into smooth transitions and get comfortable with it. 


Today, we'll discuss change and how to get comfortable around it. We can learn to be less anxious about change and be more excited about welcoming new things into our lives. 


Dealing with a seizure disorder for the last 25 years made me an expert in dealing with change and juggling the unexpected. I'm excited to share what I've learned through that experience and contribute with tips and advice on adapting those teachings to every area of life.
