Also learning to connect deeper to your own pleasure, sexual needs and honoring your boundaries and speaking them out loud...

There is much wisdom with consciously choosing a path of celibacy either for months or possibly years ...

Even within the context of celibacy, a tantrica (like myself) can work with her sexual energy as a means to awaken and enliven her field and others...
