Welcome back! This is our final episode of the three-part series How to Align, Make the Ask At Work and Win! So far we have learned about things like Exit, Voice Loyalty, dealing with change stay, go or engage methods in Part 1. In Part 2 we talked about our learning and growing opportunities and assessing our environment to make the ask. Now we are on the good stuff. We are wrapping up this series by expanding on things like the delegation continuum and how to know what it is so you can leverage it to meet your PD needs.  Dr. Berkley and I crescendo with a talk about learning hard and cultures of failing forward. Ending with some evaluation questions you can use to really take a look at how you can truly do work+happy.
