In this episode I had the pleasure of sitting with Niyonu and discussing her extensive experience in the music world and how she came to be a solo artist today. Niyonu touches her listeners on a spiritual level exploring different styles of music along with some very profound and cinematic quality music videos. She is an artist that is inspired by the world around her and is an inspiration to any artist wanting longevity in the music business. She has a few songs out for people to listen to but is always working to produce more and more of her work. I hope you guys enjoy !Â

This episode I sat down with Heiydan Gradel who has suffered an ongoing migraine since 2014. We discuss how the migraines started , the pain he suffered before the migraines in various parts of his body , his diagnosis of BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) , how this all has effected his Mental Health and also what Heiydan likes to do on his downtime. He hasn't let his conditions take control of him and is taking everything day by day. I really enjoyed hearing about how he is actively planning a block party/concert in his town to give back to the Fire Fighters in the community. He definitely is an inspiring person and I hope you guys enjoy hearing him tell his story. If you have an interesting career, life experience or topic you would like to discuss on the Podcast feel free to message me on Instagram.Â

In this episode I got to sit and talk with 3 of the 4 members of the band Brick Nova. These guys have been one of my favorite local bands for a while so I was real excited to talk to them about their musical progression over the past 5 years, how they put together their live sets, some of our favorite bands that inspired us and more! Brick Nova's music blends catchy riffs , a grooving rhythm section and melodic hooks that make you an immediate fan of their musicianship.Â

This episode I talked with Stephanie Rezendes, a young singer/songwriter from the outskirts of Boston, MA , about her newest EP Teenage Notebook. We dive into the meaning behind her songs, her writing process and how she wanted her EP to have a very stripped down raw production which to me allows the listener to connect with the pure emotion and hard work put into the writing of these songs. Stephanie has plenty more to offer and I personally can't wait to see what her next move is. Follow her on Instagram where you can find the link to her newest EP Teenage Notebook.Â
