I have invited Alan Seale to kick-off this podcast series for Inspirited Politics for a few reasons. His vision and work for leadership in a complex, rapidly changing world is at the heart of Inspirited Politics. He has been involved with the foundation of Inspirited Politics from the beginning and for me personally he is a wonderful mentor.

He is the Founder and Director of the Center for Transformational Presence, an inspiring and engaging speaker, and the author of seven books that have been published in seven languages. Through his courses and personal mentoring, he serves clients from six continents. In essence Alan is mentor, coach, and teacher for leaders, coaches, and people from all over the world who are committed to making a difference in a rapidly changing world.
