Control + Alt + Delete are the keys we press on our keyboard to terminate an application or reboot our computer’s operating system. In its wisdom, Spirit has implanted within us this same capacity to delete from our thinking mind thoughts that betray our true nature and to mentally reboot by consciously creating new patterns of thought that empower, inspire, and liberate us.
