EPISODE #42 CONSCIOUSLY YES, AND-ING OUR UNCONSCIOUS TRAUMA RESPONSES

Our presets, our limiting beliefs, and our unconscious trauma responses show up as us blocking of ourselves or us blocking opportunities as our protective personality works hard to protect us from trauma. In this episode, Sandra helps us recognize how we block ourselves from showing up authentically when we default to Fight, Flight, Fear, or Fawning, and how we can move from those unconscious responses to conscious offers. This episode is filled with Spontaneously Brilliant fundamental strategies for interrupting our unconscious responses and replacing them with acts of compassion and love for ourselves. Developing a conscious and loving relationship with ourselves includes recognizing, learning from, and growing through our limiting beliefs and unconscious trauma responses.
