Your flesh isn’t evil if you trust it to do it’s thing and don’t abuse it to indulge your pleasures (the deadly sins- ego, reputation, admiration/pride, overeating/junk food/bad diet, laziness lust, greed, pride, etc.. all the shit Paul said was obvious) as opposed to true rest maintenance like a crop field sitting a season out to rejuvenate.. like the sabbath. That it is there for YOU To honor YOURSELF and the God within and around you.
