I doubt I'm the only one who thinks about it, but the idea of the "Nice Guy" is almost an insult. It would be great if we all started to focus on the importance of the "Kind Guy" and encourage that narrative. This is a short one and I'm still working through my own stuff so if you connect or understand where I'm coming from, I'd love some dialogue.
