After the birth of Isaac, the promised son, one might think there would be no more problems in Abraham and Sarah's life. If someone thought that...they would be very wrong. As Genesis 21 continues we see that the consequences of Abraham and Sarah's past sins still lingers. While God promises forgiveness, sometimes in this fallen world, the consequences of our actions linger longer than we may like. Let's look at these verses and find out how we should deal with the consequences of our sins.
