The hope that Mary had was in GOD'S ability to work supernaturally THROUGH her. She trusted that the Word was FROM GOD and therefore she had hope IN GOD to bring it to pass.

When you have confidence in your source, your faith will have substance and you can join in the supernatural things God wants to do through you.
