Today quip is on the subject of Knowing the goal behind the goal. This comes from the expression we ALL know - "Don't sell the steak, sell the sizzle."

We get caught up into how we can promote OUR product (the goods, ideas and/or services we offer). We want to put it in the best light and make it look, sound and feel SO appealing. I think sometimes the quotation listed can be a bit of a misnomer. Because realistically... the consumer does NOT care about what you are selling. They need to know the answer to WII-FM....
