Christian Zionism is a theological and political movement that supports the return of Jewish people to the land of Israel and the modern state of Israel, based upon interpretation of biblical passages. The term is complicated in use, some employing it as a label and verbal political insult, others for those accused of being anti-Palestinian, and still others for what they believe the Bible says about God's chosen people, the Jews, and biblical prophecy. Some reject Christian Zionism as heretical. The point of this podcast is to consider differing points of view and land on a defensible perspective, one that acknowledges Scripture and one that is applicable in the contemporary geopolitical space.
