Kate Crocco built her business by getting comfortable getting visible. By taking the time to practice and focusing on service, she found her visibility style that helped her grow a six figure business fast and with more ease than she thought possible. She’s sharing her best advice for going from invisible to impactful today.   For Kate, her top strategy is being visible and showing up.  In the local business, you can hide behind your screen or just call referrals.  Come into the online world, show your face, share your story, and put it out there. During her first video, Kate was terrified.  She over prepared for everything, and her dog actually choked during her video.  She still posted it because she knew that she had to start somewhere. You must build your confidence through consistency. The more you do it; the better off you will feel about each one. During her first year, she tried to get as many videos, interviews, podcasts, and experiences in as she could to just practice.  She knew that eventually it would get easier, and now Kate actually enjoys these things. To get these interviews and things early on, her online business manager put a post out in a group about a coffee chat.  Kate agreed to do it. She built an awesome relationship with her and things sky rocketed. Kate would just offer to assist people with advice.  Just be proactive about asking people. Build up little by little.  As an entrepreneur you need a little of your story in your business.  Start with something small and don’t feel like you are just exposing yourself unnaturally.   Before sharing, she asks herself if it is a scar or a wound.  If it is something she is still working through, she will not share the information.   She waits until she can find the good in the situation before she shares the scar.   To balance the content, she makes sure that she is connected.  She uses more stories and less strategy. She knew it was time to trade from teaching to just being present when she had the baby.  She decided to test out her feeling on this. Trust yourself and do what feels right at the moment.   Start where you feel comfortable.  Just step out of your comfort zone a little.   Never say never!!!
