And so much has changed.

In this episode I talk about how being consistent in what you say or do is the essence of being honest. I delve into the Capital Hill riot and compare how they were depicted versus the riots from this summer.  I discuss about how our core principles should lead to consistency.

Then, I examine how we can choose to approach our future by living the best life possible and understanding what is really important to each of us. 

I finish with an except from the Theodore Roosevelt "Man in the Arena" speech. I believe this speech is very relevant to what we all face in life's challenges.
