Not a morning episode, but we showed up regardless and that is the point. Last week was busy in a good way. So much art, inspiration, and innovation but there truly never seems to be enough time for it all. I'm definitely feeling the weight of keeping up with everything while honouring the season I'm in and my needs on a mental and emotional level. Here's to taking things in stride and trusting that I have all I need.
