Paul describes Christians as those who belong to Christ. This relationship brings security and ownership, we are His. No longer do we walk by the flesh, but by the Spirit. We cultivate and exhibit the fruit of the Spirit, striving to live consistent Christian lives. In practice, we increasingly become what we already are in principle.
