One thing that is always constant is change, right?

Well if change is the only constant that exists, how does one develop or create a culture which promotes consistency?

Well one thing that has been consistent at FAMU has been on the field success over the last three years, but the football team is riding a losing streak, the lady Volleyball team sojourns about much of the south to build a resume and prepare for conference play.

All this while FAMU welcomes home a new AD who is coming with high regard and expectations, one of which is to provide stability to a program that has not seen consistent leadership in years.

Also with this new vision, should we expect FAMU to remain in the SWAC or seek greener papers, I mean pastures?
