Ally Carda, Professional Softball Player, joins the conversation with Adam Moreau and Grant Banko. Ally has been a member of the USA women’s national softball team since 2015. She shares her story of growth she has gone through during her career, from being burnt out towards the end of her college career to falling back in love with the game and going to play in Japan. While she is still playing professionally, Ally has started consulting/coaching players on the mental side of the game when she is not playing herself.
