Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you all! Wow, 2021 and you can bet we're starting off with a bang!
For the very first week of the new year we are bringing you your introduction to the wonderful world of consumer law and your consumer rights (yay!).
We do this by breaking down contracts and contractual terms generally then move onto what constitutes an unfair contractual term before diving head first into all things gym contracts at approx. 16 mins (spoiler alert: your new year, new me gym that locks you in for 56 years and doesn't give you the option to cancel like ever is probably considered unfair and you can in fact get out of it).
