Contact Lost Warhammer 40k Podcast

In this episode we discuss Death Guard and devise methods how to tackle them at events as currently they seem pretty inevitable. Tweak is joined by Dyuceu - Team Poland's coach - to discuss the nerfs, the meta and the tactics to help you prepare for your next event!

Join us as Joker interviews Vladdi, another veteran on Team Poland's roster and a regular guest of the show. We're back after a hiatus to discuss the GT that took place in our very own 3city area... However we both were unlucky to miss it, so we'll have Dyuceu over to discuss it!

This episode starts a series around understanding teams events. We focus on team composition and what army archetypes usually form a a 5v5 or 8v8 team. We will try to provide some examples for each archetype and to explain how such a tool set can be used to the team's advantage in the pairings process

A hot topic for sure - how to handle toxic behaviour at the table and how would we want it to be handled? Join Tweak & Joker as they host Polish and/or WTC referees Blaise & August to discuss this subjectSUPPORT US and join our community discord: https://www.patreon.com/ContactLostPodcastWe're also on Facebook and Instagram! https://www.facebook.com/ContactLostPodcast https://www.instagram.com/contactlostpodcast/Thanks to everyone supporting us thus far and our amazing sponsors:The Army PainterWeyland-YutaniMake sure to visit Weyland-Yutani for your mat & terrain needs via this link: https://www.weyland-yutani-inc.com/discount/ContactLost5 and use the discount code ContactLost5.Did you know that we're the official media partner of Team Poland 40k? This time we are joined by Team Poland's Gyto who has recently won a 5-man teams event in Poland. We discuss the team composition that his Team V took to the event and look at the shape of the team going into the event and how it could change with the new slate. Naturally we also look at the new detachments and deliberate a bit on whether quaterly detachments are a hit or a miss. This is not your typical 'man-reads-slate' kind of episode as this has been done by literally everyone already...

In this one the lads tell us how Team Poland gathers data and how they draw conclusions from teams events. We talk about the process of Team Poland formation and the expectations that come with it. We have a first look at the changes in the March 2025 Dataslate and delve a bit into new WTC terrain layouts

In the final episode of the Pyra Cup pre-show we patriotically focus on our favourites - Team Poland! Unsurprisingly, we will talk about team selection and the role of Pyra Cup in that process. We're also hoping to dive into the rebranding process the team is undergoing.SUPPORT US and join our community discord: https://www.patreon.com/ContactLostPodcastWe're also on Facebook and Instagram! https://www.facebook.com/ContactLostPodcast https://www.instagram.com/contactlostpodcast/Thanks to everyone supporting us thus far and our amazing sponsors:The Army PainterWeyland-YutaniMake sure to visit Weyland-Yutani for your mat & terrain needs via this link: https://www.weyland-yutani-inc.com/discount/ContactLost5 and use the discount code ContactLost5.

In the third installment of the Pyra Cup pre-show Joker and Dino host John, captain of Team USA and Jesper, co-captain of Team Sweden. As usual we'll be talking about team selection and the progress they made so far and how they approach the upcoming Pyra Cup, but also about living up to expectations, being underdogs and growing into the captain role of a national team after taking over from seasoned veterans.SUPPORT US and join our community discord: https://www.patreon.com/ContactLostPodcastWe're also on Facebook and Instagram! https://www.facebook.com/ContactLostPodcast https://www.instagram.com/contactlostpodcast/Thanks to everyone supporting us thus far and our amazing sponsors:The Army PainterWeyland-YutaniMake sure to visit Weyland-Yutani for your mat & terrain needs via this link: https://www.weyland-yutani-inc.com/discount/ContactLost5 and use the discount code ContactLost5.#warhammer40k #40k #competetive40k #warhammer40000 #warhammercommunity #contactlostpodcast #contactlost
