Complaining. It can be addictive. Some regular complainers can recall previous times in their life where they were positive, encouraging, and hopeful. And then something happened. They encounter a complaint, about life, or maybe health, even grief, politics, policy, etc. It could be anything. It isn't hard to find something to complain about. It may take some effort to create a boundary, limiting your own energy that you dedicate to complaining; but this effort is more than worth it. Whether you identify yourself as a complainer or you know someone who is the source of complaints, there is something for everyone in this episode.
