A member of Phantom Echo, a highly classified military special operations unit, recounting a disastrous mission to an abandoned research facility in Wyoming. The team was sent to investigate missing local police officers, only to discover that the officers had been mutilated and displayed as grotesque human sculptures in the facility’s basement.
