‘Community’ is a word we often hear associated with dance studios especially when it comes to values. In fact it’s become a bit of a buzz word. But have you ever really dug deep about what it actually means in relation to your studio? Today I’m joined At The Barre by Holly Diggle who runs Dance Northside - a community-focused studio in the ACT. We talk about how she infuses every touchpoint in her studio with her values of kindness, community & respect and how she nurtures her studio community beyond student-focused events.
