They go on brief tangents about their journey to discovering and unconditionally loving their authentic self, teaching on Insight Timer (*which as of 2024, is now under the name "Eliyaju" previously under the name “El L”) as well as being a late-diagnosed neurodivergent person and how since figuring that out, they’ve created a lifestyle living from a place of love.
