This week Pastor Seth skipped forward to the second chapter of 1 Timothy as the subject of this passage is prayer, which is the focus of our week of prayer and fasting starting tomorrow. Most people do not have vibrant prayer lives because their prayers are filled with needs and wants. Imagine being in a relationship where the other person only talked to you when they needed something. A vibrant prayer life begins with understanding how prayer is multifaceted and how it needs to be a first thing, not a last thing.
