Last week Traditional Leaders Organisation CONTRALESA called for a referendum in what they say could be a solution to to resolving the land issue expeditiously. The organisation’s president, Kgosi Mathupa Mokoena says many people are passing on without getting their land back. Mokoena says the signing of the land expropriation act might delay the return of land.
