So many of us hate talking about the way we feel, when in reality it's completely normal. It's normal to have feelings, it's okay to talk about them, but for some reason a lot of us would rather push them as far as they can go to never be brought up again. Today I am here to tell you that it's okay to feel and it's okay to talk about them. Here are some ways to normalize your feelings and talk about them instead of kicking them to the curb.
