I am back to share with you more thoughts on term breaks, why we need them, and how to make them beneficial.

No longer is it acceptable to use term breaks as the reason, excuse, or strategy for educators making it to the end of term depleted in energy and running on empty. This is not OK. This is unsustainable. this is one of the reasons educators are leaving the profession. However, this is sadly all too normal.

Tune in for my thoughts on this including how and why we need to think and behave differently, making changes so this is the past, and not our continued present or future.
