Convenient ignorance is a deliberate comment designed to shrink you, the slight wrapped in a smile, the loaded question asked in the wrong room at the wrong time, the backhanded compliment delivered with just enough plausible deniability to survive scrutiny.

It's time to change the narrative, convenient ignorance doesn't deserve a pass.
