Have you been told that you need to focus on just one thing? What if there is more than one thing that lights you up? Which ones do you jettison? How do you know that “one thing” to focus on? What’s the metrics we apply to choose. I disagree with this approach. I believe we are in a Churn of disconnection that requires leaders with a full body of work. And when applied with intention and purpose, the convergence that results leads to metrics that are self-actualizing beyond our wildest dreams…and can help lead us into better days. Alright.
