Shortly after my mother’s funeral, my father and I started having weekly calls where we’ve been discussing family folklore, life lessons, and times past. Of my father’s 8 children, I am likely the one furthest from his political, theological, and personal life views, and yet each week we talk, and occasionally we post those conversations here.
