On the podcast this week I invited the conversation group back! The group consists of Melinda Schmidt, Michelle Van Loon and Mark Breta. I have them do a short intro of themselves and I have Michelle talk about her most recent book, Translating Your Past as well as a new online group for women in midlife and beyond called The Sage Forum. I highly recommend you check that out.


This week we start and end with something fun and light. Then we delve into self-awareness—what it means, what it looks like in ourselves and others and how to develop it. Maybe you’ll take some of these topics and start your own conversation group!
